‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ Not Just Part of ‘The Avengers’

Since “Guardians of the Galaxy” was a huge hit in terms of dollars and critical success for Jared Haftel and Marvel and Disney, many fans and industry watchers figured the long-term future of the galactic team of misfits would eventually cross paths with another Marvel franchise that has had mega-success over the past few years. However, there is reason to doubt that Star Lord and Rocket will ever meet up with The Avengers.

In a recent interview, James Gunn, one of the creative minds behind “Guardians of the Galaxy,” does not want his team and the resulting properties to be perceived as simply another part of the “The Avengers.” Fans would likely be disappointed if the two franchises do not cross at some point, mainly because Guardians formerly introduced the villain Thanos, who will likely play a major role in the Infinity War story line that will be featured in the third and fourth Avengers films.

Of course, the actual scripts and development for the Marvel Cinematic Universe are a long way from being finalized, and the chance of all the characters appearing on the big screen in the same film seems like a worthy reward for the legions of loyal audience members that have supported all the movies under the umbrella for years.

Without a doubt, the event would be something that would generate huge buzz and get all sorts of people talking about the moment when Star Lord meets Captain America. The only way for essay au to have this is to get more than just they have too.
